Refund Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026 · Clear cancellation and money-back guidance for families
At Al-Huda Islamic Academy, we want families to enrol with confidence. This Refund Policy explains our free trial rules, the 30-day money-back guarantee, cancellations, pausing of enrolment, and how to request a refund for online Qur’an classes. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1Our Commitment
We provide live online one-to-one teaching for Qur’an, Tajweed, Hifz, Islamic studies, and Arabic. If a new paid enrolment is not the right fit in the first month, eligible families may request a refund under the guarantee below, subject to reasonable class attendance.
2Free Trial Week
New families may request one free trial week of scheduled live classes. The trial is free of charge, so no refund applies. Continuing after the trial requires completing enrolment through our admission form. Start a free trial or ask our admissions team for guidance.
330-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For a student’s first paid month, Al-Huda Islamic Academy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee if the family is not satisfied with the course, provided the student has maintained reasonable attendance of scheduled classes during that period.
- Applies to the first paid month after trial conversion or first paid enrolment
- Requires reasonable attendance of the classes arranged for that period
- Requests should be submitted in writing with student details and enrolment reference
4Cancellations and Pausing
You may pause or cancel enrolment at any time by contacting support. Pausing is often the better option for temporary travel, exams, or family circumstances. Cancelled enrolments stop future billing according to the timing confirmed by our team; past unused sessions may follow the attendance and notice rules in our Terms.
5When Refunds Are Not Available
- After the first-month guarantee window has ended
- Where reasonable attendance requirements for the guarantee were not met
- For free trial periods (no payment was collected)
- Where classes were missed without the required reschedule notice, as described in our Terms
6How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under this policy:
- Email info@alhudaislamicacademy.com or use our Contact Us page
- Include the student’s full name and enrolment or payment reference
- Briefly explain the reason for your request
Our team reviews eligible requests and responds within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
