Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 15, 2026 · Please read before enrolment
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Al-Huda Islamic Academy website and enrolment in our live online Qur’an, Tajweed, Hifz, Islamic studies, and Arabic classes. By registering for a free trial, submitting an admission form, or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or enrolling in any programme, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If a student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these terms on the student’s behalf and remain responsible for account communications.
2Services We Provide
Al-Huda Islamic Academy offers live online one-to-one (and where stated, small-group) Islamic education. Course details, durations, and learning outcomes may vary by student ability and attendance. We strive for excellent teaching but cannot guarantee specific exam results, memorisation timelines, or fluency dates.
3Free Trial Week
One free trial week is available per family for new students and includes scheduled live classes during that week. Continuing after the trial requires completing enrolment through our admission form. See our free trial registration page to get started.
4Enrolment and Admission
Submitting an admission form does not automatically confirm a permanent class slot until our team confirms tutor availability and schedule. Accurate contact details are required so we can arrange classes and share updates. Apply through our admission form.
5Fees and Payment
- Course fees are confirmed with families during or after admission
- Fees should be paid in advance of each billing cycle to continue scheduled classes
- Prices may change with reasonable prior notice to enrolled families
- Unpaid accounts may result in paused scheduling until payment is received
6Cancellations, Pausing, and Refunds
Students may pause or cancel enrolment by contacting our support team. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to a student’s first paid month if the family is not satisfied with the course, subject to reasonable attendance of scheduled classes during that period. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Trial weeks are free and therefore not refundable as paid fees. Refund requests for eligible first-month cases should be submitted in writing by email or through our Contact Us page with the student name and enrolment reference.
7Scheduling and Attendance
Classes are scheduled based on tutor availability and the student’s time zone. Please give at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed classes without timely notice may not qualify for a make-up session. Repeated unexplained absences may lead to schedule review with the family.
8Code of Conduct
Students, parents, and guardians are expected to treat tutors and staff with respect. Al-Huda Islamic Academy may suspend or end enrolment in cases of abusive behaviour, harassment, misuse of lesson materials, or repeated disruption of classes.
9Intellectual Property
Course materials, recordings, worksheets, and academy content remain the property of Al-Huda Islamic Academy or its licensors. They may not be copied, recorded for redistribution, sold, or published publicly without written permission.
10Limitation of Liability
We work carefully to provide accurate, high-quality Islamic education. Learning progress depends on attendance, practice, and individual ability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al-Huda Islamic Academy is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of our website or services.
11Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or submit false information through our forms. We may update page content, course listings, and fees as our programmes develop.
12Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
